North Texas-based Tradition Homes is a new brand launched in 2019 by celebrated homebuilder Bill Darling in partnership with his son-in-law, Zach Schneider. Tradition Homes will initially build 50 homes in the Hawthorne neighborhood of Light Farms, located just north of Prosper High School’s brand-new $48 million stadium.
